Phil Davidson, M.D.

Dr. Phil Davidson is the Medical Director of the Utah Orthopedic Spine & Injury Center. He is the clinic founder, which is devoted exclusively to the comprehensive and coordinated care of patients injured in accidents. He coordinates the services of more than 2 dozen medical and surgical specialists as well as a dedicated staff. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, regularly performing surgeries. In his clinical practice, he is a knee and shoulder surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. He has a particular interest in Cartilage Restoration, Joint Resurfacing, and enhanced healing methods including stem cell therapies. He has a background in Sports Medicine, and has engaged extensively in teaching, research and product development throughout his career. He has published many papers, chapters and symposia over his career. He has served as a consultant or director for an array of sports team and companies, including large and small medical device firms, biomaterials, orthobiologic, tissue allograft and cell therapy companies. He is a frequent speaker to orthopedic surgeons regarding new surgical techniques and speaks to the legal community about injuries. He is native of Florida now proud to call Utah home for more than 10 years.

Ruth Davidson
Ruth DavidsonManaging Director
Ruth Davidson, Managing Director, has an extensive healthcare, corporate and legal background, working as an attorney with a focus on healthcare-related business for over 20 years. Ruth is very excited about leading Davidson Orthopedics.

Ruth moved with her family from Florida to Park City in 2008 and is passionate about her many mountain activities, including hiking, biking and skiing…. which she finds most enjoyable when shared with her family, including 3 sons, husband and 2 dogs.

Nicholas Daley, D.O.
Nicholas Daley, D.O.Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Interventional Pain Management
Dr. Daley is a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist and is fluent in Spanish. He graduated from the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia and completed his residency at the University of South Florida, during which, he served as chief resident. After residency, he completed an interventional spine and pain fellowship at the Florida Spine Institute in Clearwater, Florida. He is proficient in performing various interventional procedures including, but not limited to: epidural injections, facet injections, spinal and regional nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials, radio frequency ablations, ultrasound-guided injections, joint injections, trigger point injections, and others. He is also skilled in performing electromyography and nerve conduction studies.

Dr. Daley has a background in rehabilitation, strength conditioning, and sports medicine and has participated in numerous activities within these areas. He takes special interest in interventional pain management, sports medicine, and injury recovery. Additionally, Dr. Daley has published review articles, presented lectures and authored abstracts on topics within his field of study at academic medical research symposiums throughout the United States. He is originally from Utah and is excited to be back in his home state.

Colleen O’Donnell
Colleen O’DonnellPhysician Assistant
Colleen O’Donnell is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified in IMPACT concussion testing. She is originally from upstate New York and graduated from Albany Medical College with her Physician Assistant degree. She has worked in Orthopedics and Surgery for 20+ years now. She currently resides in Park City with her daughter who is an elite ski racer. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
